We strive to grow the most tasty, beautiful, healthy and productive crops we can!
In 2017 we grew the following crops: salad mixes, head lettuce, spinach, Swiss chard, kale, a variety of herbs, scallions, fennel, broccoli, cauliflower, kohlrabi, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, carrots, beets, onions (3 varieties), potatoes (6 varieties), sweet potatoes, tomatoes, peppers (hot and sweet), eggplant, summer squash, winter squash, corn, snap peas, beans, cucumbers, cantaloupe and watermelon. For 2018 we will be growing a similar list, while focusing on expanding some particularly popular crops, as well as extending our growing season in two unheated high tunnels.
