Our meat chickens and turkeys are raised on pasture and are fed organic grain and scraps from our certified organic vegetable operation. We raise Red Ranger chickens: a slower-growing variety than the industry standard that results in healthier, more flavorful chicken. We are raising three varieties of heritage-breed turkey (Bourbon Red, Blue Slate and Spanish Black) that will be ready for fresh, on-farm pick up on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving.
